brilliant, i love him already. it reminds me of how some people would put money in other people's parking meters when they were expired if there was a meter maid coming down the road. and of course the gov's reaction is the same, give them a ticket (or probably arrest him) too.
Very randomly. Sometimes I'm on when it's completely dead at work, which hasn't been much lately thankfully. Other than that it is mostly if I'm doing some comprooter stuff at home which is also rare. Since I work with computers all day for my job I don't touch mine at home much except when I'm recording.
