It's good to be able to make art in your lifetime. Whatever that is. To entertain/enlighten people.

I haven't written much about my weekend, either.

Let's start thursday night. I met this really rockin' girl on the train with a cute cat. We talked for a while, and I have to call her this week at some point.

Friday. Friday was the dictators show, and le sans coulottes. ladyjendifi, I got to meet Celine! She's SO sweet, she invited me to the show 10/3 at the mercury lounge. I think I'm gonna go. The dictators were GREAT! AWESOME! I want to talk to Andy, the bassist, who writes the songs too. I want new material!

Saturday. I worked a lifebeat show, the Cake/Cheap Trick/Detroit Cobras/Hackensaw Boys show at roseland. I love roseland. besides the little table, they treat us SO well. I worked with this jennifer woman, who was an absolute doll, besides being cute as a button. I had a mind to just grab her up and hug her. But I behaved myself. OH! And I got to meet Rachael from the DCs! I was chilling out, and she walked by. I think I scared her! She saw the table, asked me what I was doing. Said I was doing condom distro, she said if she wasn't abstinent right now that she'd gank all my condoms for herself. I had to laugh at that, she's a personification of sexiness for me. I gave her a hug and told her to kick some butt.

Sunday, we role played all day. Good people, but I need some alone time, you know? It's all good....but still.

love those kids. i miss the days when they were just locals and you could pay three bucks to see them in a local bar and there would be maybe 50 people. sigh. the good ole days.

Mostly. Hes being crappy and I get no lovins. But we are working on stuff. Other than that everything is ok. I joined a gym and I'm learning how to climb rocks. I'm gonna get a shirt that says I'm a spider monkey. How are you?
