Pavel Podzolkine has dropped out of the draft! The big dude from russia who's really been rising in the draft has decided that if no one can guarantee where he'll be chosen, he'll take his ball and go home. I'm kinda surprised, I figured he'd be taken before the Knicks pick at 9. He does have acromegaly, which is a pituitary gland ailment, in this case caused by a benign tumor on the gland. So there's question about him breaking down, long run. My personal concern is feet, I find these big guys have foot problems sooner rather than later, see Z. Ilgauskas.

Here's hoping the knicks pick Chris Kaman and he's not Frederic Weis. *shakes fist at Ed Tapscott* Damn you!
