satttruckguy and his lady at the olive garden in the city. We enjoyed a splendid meal, complete with wine. I don't much like wine, but the rosee we had with dinner gave me hope for the future. ti was really good and drinkable, as opposed to the whites that we could strip varnish off a footlocker with that I get at home. We talked about many things, including ac/dc lyrics (really, fax machines weren't INVENTED until the 80's! Get on her about that for me, Kenbro!) We met up with my friends from Milwaukee, Keith and Janet. They're freakin' cool. Keith's in a band called Crime and Judy, and they are, I believe, at crimeandjudy.com. Check that muhfucka out. I've gotten a chance to listen to a three song demo. They've got SK-esque harmony vocals, and it's very sexay dance music too. But enough about that. Keith, Janet, and I, went to Manitoba's on the LES and partook of Mr. Blum's best beverage while ogling the photographs on the wall. I want to steal their photo of the Dolls onstage somewhere, with those high ass heels. So yeah. That was friday night. I met kieth and janet abotu a year ago, and they are in this journal, so it's been more than a year since I started keeping an LJ. Rock.
Digression.
Saturday, we were playing the rather fearsome living greyhawk role playing adventure, Isles of Woe. Eh. It wasn't too bad. I got to play with some really awesome people, Manny included, but my friend Perry was there, my friend steve, his friend neil, and we wrecked face. There was much face wrecking madness happening. I love to role play with good people. I am a corporal of the geek patrol.
Today, I was supposed ot hang out with someone, but she had other plans. That kind of sucks. Oh well. So I went to brooklyn and saw family. I gardened with papa resnick. We had fun.
Today, I rest. Call me if you like, all. I'm out. Off like a prom dress, Yo.
