What a weekend.


Well....I went to a show friday night. Saw the Flaming Lips.

There is no greater joy than to see the interaction between the Lips and their fans.

Saturday I went to my friend Mike, from college, I went to his wedding. It was gorgeous! Everyone I knew who I wanted to see from school was there.


Today was lazy day. I worked on lesson plans and watched movies.

My old roomie was telling me how great they were, and he forced me to decide between buying some album of theirs and one of his other favorite band FUGAZI. I ended up with FUGAZI. What would you recommend as a beginner's album, so to speak, for the Flaming Lips, besides trying to see them live?
