As someone who minored in Scandinavian studies for a brief period, I can say without a doubt that, yes, all stories should have at least one (1) Viking character. Many Viking characters would be really cool. Like, if Steven Seagal played a doctor for the NSA who discovered weird virus and had to go into the witness protection program in Greenland and discovered a colony of Vikings who had never progressed technologically and were frozen in time and he had to fight them...
