There's a fansite.
There was a poll on the site...I giggled.

Poll:What part do you think PKO should be improved?
I wish the server no lag any longer.
They should adjust the balance of classes.
I want better customer service.
Leveling is bald.
I dream of cool equipment, cool hairstyle, cool pet.. but making money is too hard!
I can't afford the cost of the game.
