Feb. 17th, 2003 01:30 pmThere's about a foot of snow on the ground. I don't feel like going out at ALL. But I'll likely go out and shovel some as soon as I can get in the shower.
Good weekend. Quite good.
Friday night, I was really bored, so I called my friend ken, who I hadnt' seen for ages. I went to the play he was working which is called That Damned Dykstra. It was smoove. Everyone in the city ought to go see it. All you drama peoples will like it quite a bit. It's at the access theater, on broadway and white. chelipunkass, so I could get my car back. That went SOSOSOSO well. Really. It didn't sound quite right at first, but by sunday when I got home, the car was running dreamlike. Although, I imagine that it being as cold as it was didn't help. But yes. Picked up the car, dropped hers in Goshen, then took off. Yes, sattruckguy I was in teh 'hood and didn't call. I apologize. As usual. Anyway....it only took me like an hour to get from my house to goshen. I always thought it would take much longer. We came back here, where I role played for a while, then we went to see SLEATER KINNEY. The openers were really good, in my opinion. SK were wowzers, uncle gadget. They played Fortunate Son, the old CCR tune, and the audience kn ew it! That was grewt, and I sang along. It was kinda like being at the RHCP show a coupla years ago, and hearing them do Forming, by the germs. Covers are like being in this secret club. But I digress. The show was amazing. But boy...did I feel po at the end of the day. My car cost mad cabbage to get fixed.
But yes. She crashed here, because it was late and I don't know quite how many trains will be coming and going. So she stayed here, and we got to spend way too much time together. Drove her back to Goshen. Came back, and was busted tired when I returned. Manny and I talked about some stuff, and I realized that other people see how much I'm online. It's a little weird and embarrassing....I really ought to cut down a bit. I think that I may try not being on till a bit later. Like ten or 11 or so.
Today. There is much snow.
