I'm so pissed off right now, y'all.

My uncle's having heart problems again. This is the uncle who told me "Go on blood pressure meds, you can eat and drink whatever you want". Same guy who had a heart attack last year. Same guy who just had TWO stents put in.

I love him a lot, but I'm very...."Get ahold of yourself and take care of your business, man". With our family history, you can't be too careful.

I know what you mean! Getting older sucks and worrying about being a healthy person. I'm really trying to do the low fat diet thing. Working for a cardiologist for the last three years has really woken me up. Just say no to bacon! :)
