There's nothing I hate more than someone telling me "I need to talk to you about something, but now's not the time." I dwell on shit and think and think and think and blow shit out of proportion and get all paranoid.

And all I can do is think of the trouble I caused that makes the person need to "talk" to me.

And now I feel shittier than I did when I got up, which was considerable.

I know exactly what you mean! I am pretty paranoid too and when someone says that I think of very bad things. I don't understand why people do that.
