Finally brought Fun House with me to work.

Fear me. Really and truly.

Oh, I will be WRITING today!

So so so so so bored today.

THank god it's friday though. Looks like I'm gonna rent Pulp Fiction to show my friend who I went to see Kill Bill with. He's never seen any Tarantino, and I think that's a shame.

I'm taking off for virginia this weekend. It'll be nice tomorrow morning to just hit the road and not look back for a while.

I have "I still miss someone" by Johnny Cash in my head this morning, which is curious since i haven't listened to cash for about a week, and I still miss someone for a coupla months.

Getting hopeful about something again. It's weighin' on me a little bit, not too much, but it's sitting there like a pink elephant in your living room. Can't really avoid or ignore it, but there's not much you can do about it either. Trouble, that's what it is. Better get some peanuts and lead it outta heah.

I picked up an old Steven KIng novel I started years ago and got into it again. It's good, quite good. It dovetails neatly with the conspiracy theory stuff that I'm into lately. The Crimson King. The Centurions. It's a HUGE book, so I have no idea how long it'll take to even fully introduce these thematic elements. But I'm committed to finishing it this time.

There's no better transition than between tracks two and three of fun house, the segue between loose/tv eye could give life to the dead and give the living spontaneous orgasms. The first time you hear it anyway. Ron Asheton should be your guitar hero. Even you, [livejournal.com profile] randomwriter.
